This is an authorised independent property marketing website operated by Affinity Realty Sdn. Bhd., through its registered real estate negotiator Yap Sze Yong (REN28879). It is not the developer’s corporate website. Enquiries submitted through this website will be handled by Affinity Realty and its registered real estate negotiator. All project information is provided for reference and remains subject to verification and change.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Affinity Realty Sdn. Bhd. (Company Registration No. 202501024989 / 1626402-M), Agency Licence E(1) 2146, is the data user responsible for personal data collected through this website and the campaign sites on this domain. This notice is issued under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

2. What we collect

  • Details you give us: name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, and anything you write in an enquiry message.
  • Enquiry context: which project you enquired about and when.
  • Technical data: standard web log and analytics information such as browser type, approximate location, referring page and pages viewed.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal data or identity document numbers through this website.

3. Why we collect it

  • To respond to your enquiry with the project information you asked for.
  • To contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about that enquiry.
  • To arrange viewings or appointments where you ask for one.
  • To keep records required of a licensed real estate agency.
  • To measure how our marketing performs, in aggregate.

Providing your details is voluntary. If you choose not to provide them, we will not be able to respond to your enquiry.

4. Who we may share it with

  • Our registered negotiator handling your enquiry — Yap Sze Yong (REN28879).
  • The developer of the project you enquired about, where this is necessary to process a booking, registration or your specific request.
  • Service providers that host this website, deliver our form notifications, and provide analytics, acting on our instructions.
  • Authorities or regulators, where we are required to disclose by law.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not pass it to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

5. Transfers outside Malaysia

Some of our service providers store data on servers outside Malaysia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data receives a comparable level of protection.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed agency, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Under the PDPA 2010 you may ask us to:

  • Correct data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
  • Stop or limit how we process your data.
  • Stop contacting you for marketing purposes.

We will respond within the period allowed by law. A small fee may apply to a data access request, as permitted under the PDPA.
