In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company.

2. Accepting these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the website. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here is the one that applies.

You may browse this website and its campaign sites for your own personal, non-commercial use, and contact us about the projects we market.

Submitting an enquiry does not create an agency relationship, a booking, a reservation, or any entitlement to a unit. It is a request for information. By submitting one, you consent to being contacted by us about the project you enquired about, and you confirm the details you provide are your own and are accurate. 6. Intellectual property

The layout, design, text and original graphics of this website belong to Affinity Realty Sdn. Bhd. Project names, developer names, logos, trademarks and project materials belong to their respective owners and are used pursuant to the relevant marketing appointment.

7. Availability

We aim to keep this website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including individual campaign sites, at any time — for example when a marketing appointment ends or a project is fully taken up.

9. Governing law
